Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

•  Unopened

•  Unused

•  In their original packaging

•  In the same condition as received


For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Return Inspection

All returned items are thoroughly inspected once they arrive at our warehouse. If an item does not pass inspection for any reason, the return will be rejected.

Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:

•  Noticeable odours, including perfume, smoke, deodorant, sweat or strong body odour

•  Any form of damage to the product or packaging

•  Items that appear worn, used, or tested

•  Missing parts, components or accessories

•  Non-original packaging or tampered seals

•  Items that are incomplete or not in their original condition


If your return is rejected, we will notifyyou and send the item back to you.No refund or store credit will be issued for items that fail inspection.

To begin a return, please contact our team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

•  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

•  Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

•  If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return cost


International returnsmust be clearly marked as “Return Goods”to avoid customscharges.

Refunds

Refunds are available for all items not purchased during Sale, Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Once your return passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

•  The product

•  The packaging

•  The shipping label


We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

•  Opened or used products

•  Items without original packaging

•  Gift cards

Sale, Black Friday & Cyber Monday Purchases

•  Non-refundable

•  Exchange only, if the item remains unopened, unused and in original packaging

Exchanges

•  Standard purchases: exchanges are not offered directly. Please return the item and place a new order.

•  Sale, Black Friday and Cyber Monday items: exchange is allowed, refunds are not.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the standard processing time:
